Hannah C. Pelham,
Firm Principal
Hannah C. Pelham practices exclusively in the area of family law, with a particular emphasis on child custody, child visitation, and divorce matters, in the greater metro-Atlanta, Georgia area, including Gwinnett County, Lawrenceville and Braselton. Ms. Pelham's philosophy is to preserve children's psychological well-being by keeping both parents in their lives whenever possible and to promote positive relations between divorcing parents. To that end, she encourages out-of-court settlements and mediation, which allow divorcing parents to play an active role in deciding the outcome of issues affecting their parental and financial rights.
Prior to earning her law degree, Ms. Pelham was a litigation paralegal for several years and gained essential knowledge and experience that contributes to her current law practice. She earned her Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Memphis in Tennessee, and is admitted to practice law in both Georgia and Tennessee.
